Kevin Crane, CDT - Owner

Kevin grew up in a household with knowledge of dentistry. Even though his father was a dentist for 47 years, he found his interest in the laboratory aspect of dentistry. His interest led him to a passion to become the best dental technician possible. Kevin attended and graduated from Dutchess Community College in 1987 with a degree in dental technology and achieved his CDT in 1990 while working at the Eastman Dental Center in Rochester, NY as a technician in the Prosthodontic Department.

Bernie Marrero - General Manager

Bernie Marrero, General Manager, began his career in the dental field as a licensed dental assistant. He began his dental technician career 9 years ago while studying with Ivoclar, PTC, and DENTSPLY. He trains technicians in all aspects of the dental laboratory. Bernie is constantly learning new techniques, materials, and systems to bring to Crane Dental Laboratory.

Lance Phelps, implant specialist, has over 30 years of experience in dental technology. Lance spent 4 ½ years of study at Boces Trade School and Erie Community College South. He has worked with Ivoclar, Dentsply and BioHorizon in research and product testing to develop an abutment for laser welding. Lance is certified in all implant systems, as well as laser welding.

Dina Nowak, Administrator, began her dental career in a local office 4 years ago as an office assistant. She is responsible for running the front office at Crane as well as being our OSHA and DAMAS administrator along with human resource administration.

Scott Martin - Customer Service Representative

Scott Martin, Customer Service Representative, began his dental career as the shipping and receiving clerk with a dental supplier in Rochester, NY. He soon became a territory manager and for over 25 years has covered the Western NY region for various companies in the dental supply industry. Scott brings to us knowledge of dental materials and procedures within the dental office.
